I am a graduate of Campbell University where I studied Physical Education and Health. Tennis is what lead me to Campbell where I walked on basketball, softball and ran cross-country. I spent 10 years as a volunteer health care worker in South African townships and Swaziland. This is where my passion for fitness of another nature arrived. I am Assistant B-Ball Coach and Running Club Coach. I teach Survival Fitness. We hike, build debris huts, orienteering and flag games in the woods. Tactile-Intelligence and team-work are skills we work on improving on a daily basis.
